This explains what we collect when you book a demo or get in touch, why, and how long we keep it. Plain English, no dark patterns.

When you submit the Book a demo form we collect what you provide: your name, work email, organization, and (optionally) your role, sector, approximate headcount, the products and topics you're interested in, and any message you write. To help prevent spam and abuse we also record a coarsened IP address (the final part is dropped, so it is not a full-precision address) and the page you submitted from.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies to build a profile of you, and we don't buy or enrich your details from data brokers.
Solely to respond to you, schedule and run your demo, and follow up on that conversation. We process it on the basis of your request and consent in submitting the form. We will not use your details for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
Submissions are stored on our own infrastructure on an encrypted volume — not handed to a third-party CRM or marketing platform. Access is limited to the people who need it to arrange your demo.
We retain demo and contact submissions for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted, unless you have become a customer or asked us to keep in touch (in which case a separate, agreed basis applies).
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've shared, or withdraw your consent, at any time — just email hello@ctrl18.com. We aim to respond promptly and in line with applicable data-protection law, including India's DPDP Act 2023. [confirm — jurisdictions & response SLA]
