Valid where you need it
SignForge meets the ESIGN Act (USA), UETA, and eIDAS in the EU for simple and advanced electronic signatures, and is GDPR compliant. Every signature captures IP address, timestamp, user agent and explicit consent, with jurisdiction guidance published for the UK, Canada, Australia, India, Japan and Brazil.
Two things SignForge does not have: AATL certificates, so signed files will not show the green check in Adobe Reader, and eIDAS Qualified Electronic Signatures. If your use case requires either, it is the wrong tool. Better you know that here.
